Important Holiday Shipping Information

Dear valued customers, as the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure that your gifts arrive in time for the holidays! To make this possible, please take note of our upcoming holiday shipping cutoff dates. Plan ahead and complete your orders before these dates for the best chance of your order being delivered by the holiday. For orders shipping to the United States:
 
If you choose "Standard Shipping" at checkout, orders should be placed by no later than December 11th.

If you choose "Quick Shipping" at checkout, orders should be placed no later than December 13th.

If you choose "Express Shipping" at checkout orders, should be placed no later than December 18th.

For orders shipping to locations outside the United States:
 
If you choose "Economy International Shipping (DDU)" at checkout, orders should be placed by no later than November 29th.

If you choose "Standard International Shipping (DDP)" at checkout, orders should be placed no later than December 4th.

If you choose "UPS Expedited Duties and Taxes Included" at checkout orders, should be placed no later than December 16th.

Additionally, we will not issue refunds for orders or shipping costs if your package does not arrive in time, regardless of whether or not they were placed within the cutoff windows. The provided dates are our best estimates, and external factors such as weather conditions or courier service disruptions may impact delivery times.
